This week Travel Ledger completed the onboarding of 22 Travel Suppliers and over 1,700 ABTA outlets to our new settlement platform.

Our initial roll-out has been very well received by the market and we have 26 more Suppliers that are currently testing and will join Travel Ledger over the next few weeks.

Considering the current market situation Travel Ledger has decided to continue to promote adoption of the platform for the benefit of suppliers and agents, as economically as possible.

We are therefore implementing an incentive for all Agents (Buyers) for the whole of2022 that no monthly subscription will be charged, providing Agents engage via the platform with all Suppliers (Sellers) that they have a commercial relationship with.

All the Agents need to do is to accept, amend or reject all the bookings presented to them for collection by the Suppliers.

A subscription fee will be charged, if the bookings presented by the Suppliers are not actioned within a given month as the collection cannot take place via the platform and both parties must revert to a slower and resource intensive manual payment process.A tolerance level will be applied so that the rebate will be applied even if the odd booking has been missed.

This incentive represents a saving of up to £ 120/year for a single branch and £ 600/year for multibranch companies. 

The charge of 15p per supplier paid (which is less than the average cost of a wire transfer via a High Street bank) will still apply but because of the small amounts involved, will be collected quarterly in arrears.
