Is Travel Ledger a bank?+
No. Travel Ledger is a specialist B2B travel settlement platform. Certain account, card and electronic money services are provided by regulated third-party partners, including our banking partner, Adyen.
What should I do if I receive a suspicious invoice or bank-detail change?+
Don't pay it and don't reply to the email. Contact the supplier using a phone number you already hold, not one on the invoice. If you think money has been sent, contact your bank immediately and report it to the relevant fraud-reporting service.
What if a supplier asks me to pay outside Travel Ledger?+
Treat it as suspicious, even if the email or call looks genuine. Don't change how you pay based on an email or phone call alone. Contact the supplier using details you already hold, not those in the message, and speak to our support team before making any payment.
I'm a supplier. How do I protect my agents from people impersonating my business?+
Encourage your agents to pay you through Travel Ledger, so they don't rely on bank details sent by email. Tell them you will never ask them to change your bank details by email or phone. Our team can help you connect more of your agents.
