On Thursday 22 October, Travel Ledger and Expedia TAAP hosted Expedia TAAP + Travel Ledger: From Setup to Smarter Payments, a webinar for travel agents who book through Expedia TAAP. Over 50 people registered for the session, which was presented by Adam Mountford-Reeves from Expedia TAAP, alongside Michaela Durham and Chris North from Travel Ledger. It included a live platform demo showing how agents can pay their TAAP bookings with TL Virtual Cards, earn cashback, and take the manual work out of reconciliation.

Nothing changes in how you book
You keep working with Expedia TAAP exactly as you do today. The only change is the payment method: instead of your current card, you pay with a Travel Ledger virtual card that you create yourself in the platform.
Your booking data flows straight into Travel Ledger
Booking details from TAAP, including references, commission, service charges, due dates and deferred-payment exposure, come through to Travel Ledger automatically. That means far less time matching payments to bookings, and a clear view of what is due and when.
Cashback on every payment
Every payment made with a TL Virtual Card earns cashback, paid around the 13th to 14th of the following month.
One card for your other suppliers too
TL Virtual Cards aren’t limited to Expedia TAAP. You can use them with any supplier that accepts Visa, including airlines, accommodation providers and cruise lines.
Already working for UK agents
Agents including a luxury tour operator and a specialist sports travel company have already moved their Expedia TAAP payments onto TL Virtual Cards, with the integration set up in a single session.
