London/Amsterdam,14 November 2025 – Travel Ledger, the leading B2B billing and settlement platform for the travel industry is partnering with Adyen, the global financial technology platform for leading businesses. Travel Ledger will leverage Adyen's banking licenses, multi-currency settlement infrastructure, global acquiring network, and virtual card platform to offer customers a seamless B2B payment experience from a single digital account.
The new integration combines Travel Ledger’s industry-leading settlement platform, already settling more than £1 billion annually across the UK and Irish markets, with Adyen’s global banking network and card-issuing capabilities. This will allow Travel Ledger participants to settle with both connected partners on the platform and non-connected suppliers, through virtual cards and via standard bank payouts supported by Adyen’s regulated banking infrastructure. This capability enables travel companies to lower settlement costs with their closest partners and process all remaining payments, card or bank, through one centralised platform.
“We are excited to partner with Adyen, one of the most respected and innovative financial technology companies in the world and already well established in the travel space” said Roberto Da Re, CEO of Travel Ledger. “This collaboration represents a major step forward in our mission to simplify and modernize B2B payments for the global travel industry. With Adyen’s banking and payments infrastructure, we can now offer our customers a single platform to manage both bank and card payments fully integrated, fully digital, and purpose-built for travel.”
This partnership enables Travel Ledger to offer travel companies automated and integrated solutions tailored to each supplier’s involvement, helping to optimize cash flow, cut costs, and streamline reconciliation throughout the travel supply chain.
“Adyen’s goal has always been to simplify payments for global businesses,” said Nicole Olbe, Managing Director at Adyen. “Our partnership with Travel Ledger is a natural next step to bring modern, integrated banking solutions to the travel industry. Together, we will help travel companies streamline and operate with the same speed and flexibility that is expected of the digital travel economy.”
Roberto added: “We are now offering travel companies multiple options: the ability to automate settlement with regular partners through Travel Ledger’s network, while also reaching non-connected suppliers using our new virtual card functionality. This allows participants to reduce the cost of settlement with their closest partners and to make every payment—card or bank—through the same unified platform.”
